Description
Answer phones, assist customers and answer questions, set service appointments, make outgoing appointment confirmation and missed opportunity calls; other administrative duties as needed to support service department. Position is Hourly, full time, with Benefits.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of Receptionist, BDC, or Call Center experience. Professional appearance, phone voice and demeanor. Computer proficiency, attention to detail, superior interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent. College preferred
Location
Audi: Wilsonville; Toyota: Portland; Subaru-GM: The Dalles, OR

Compensation

Hourly pay up to $16/hour, based on experience, full benefits for full time.
