Client Care Representatives (Service Reception/BDC) - Audi (Wilsonville), Toyota (Portland), Subaru/GM (The Dalles)
Answer phones, assist customers and answer questions, set service appointments, make outgoing appointment confirmation and missed opportunity calls; other administrative duties as needed to support service department.
Position is Hourly, full time, with Benefits.
Minimum 6 months of Receptionist, BDC, or Call Center experience. Professional appearance, phone voice and demeanor. Computer proficiency, attention to detail, superior interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
High school diploma or equivalent. College preferred
Audi: Wilsonville; Toyota: Portland; Subaru-GM: The Dalles, OR
Hourly pay up to $16/hour, based on experience, full benefits for full time.
