Once in a lifetime opportunity for a motivated, experienced Service Director who can lead a team, move the needle in volume and profit, and maintain outstanding customer service. Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo sells and services Ferrari, Maserati, and luxury and exotic pre-owned vehicles. Our service department is an integral part of our customer experience. Minimum two years experience as a dealership Service Manager, preferably with a luxury or exotic brand. Must have experience with ADP/CDK, budgeting, managing service workflow, and supervising employees. Do not apply unless you have stable work history, verifiable references, great energy and ambition, strong customer service skills and a teamwork attitude to help grow our Fixed Operations department.
Required Education
High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Pay plan: Salary plus monthly performance bonus, commensurate with experience.. Benefits: Full benefits package - Medical and Dental for just $25/month, Vision, Life, Disability, 401K with company match, paid vacation including two weeks off the very first year.
