The Tonkin Family of Dealerships has an exciting opportunity for our new Customer Care Center in SE Portland. We are looking to hire fun, energetic Appointment Coordinators with an impeccable work ethic and unbelievable desire to exceed the norm. Must have excellent attendance and work ethic •Would like to see Call Center or Phone experience •Experience setting appointments is a plus •Must be friendly and bubbly with a "can do" attitude •Must be articulate and proficient in English •Comfortable on the Phones - professional phone voice and demeanor *Computer Literate - experience with CRM's and databases •Must be able to pass Criminal Background check and Drug Screen
Required Education
College preferred, or high school diploma with equivalent work experience
