You might say Cameron Collins is a Ron Tonkin Acura “lifer”. Cameron came to Ron Tonkin Acura straight out of school. He is now celebrating his 24th year at Tonkin Acura. He joins the distinguished rank of Ron Tonkin Acura General Manager. The Acura store opened in 1986, with only two previous General Manager’s, Cameron joins this impressive list as number THREE! He has served his time with great success in Sales, Finance, New Car Manager, General Sales Manager and now as General Manager! Cameron was raised within the Ron Tonkin Acura culture of customer service and achievement. He embodies these characteristics and instills these values within his staff. When away from the store, Cameron is a devoted Family man. He is an avid sideline participant, as his son Cade, plays Basketball for the Jesuit Crusaders. Cameron’s wife, Christine keeps him in line out of the dealership with hiking, cycling and enjoying their two rescue Terrier mix pups Chloe & Zoe.

I started in the car business in 1995 at Ron Tonkin Acura as a Sales Person. I have spent the last 26 years learning many different positions in the industry. The positions that I have held over the years are Sales Person, Special Finance Manager, Internet Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Manager, New Car Manager, Used Car Manager, and General Sales Manager. I have spent most of the last 21 years at Ron Tonkin Kia/Dodge earning the title “The Mayor” for going above and beyond for our customers. After successfully running the sales department at Ron Tonkin Kia as General Sales Manager for the last 5 years, I earned a promotion to General Manager of Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan. When I’m not busy with the hustle and bustle of running a dealership, I enjoy spending time with my wife of 17 years, Kristina and my 4 kids, Tasha, Noah, Kahleah and Bryson. They are the reason I work so hard to be successful every day. We enjoy the outdoors, going for hikes, camping and fishing. I rarely pass up the opportunity to take the mountain bike out on a long ride. I have been in the auto industry for over half of my life and I still have just as much enthusiasm and passion for the industry as I did at the start of my career. Growing as a Christian man, continuing to build my career and spending quality time with family are truly my passion.

Gregg started in the industry in 2001 as a washing attendant after his career in minor league baseball got cut short. In 2007, Gregg came to be with the Tonkin dealerships and eventually made his way to the General Management position at Ron Tonkin Kia; where he is now. Gregg spends his free time with his beautiful wife Brandy and their five wonderful kids. The family enjoys backpacking in the mountains and bowhunting. The Whiteakers pride themselves on being able to provide food for their family through hunting and being able to share the experience and the stories with their children. Gregg also prides himself on being involved in wildlife conservation with the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and Backcountry Hunters and Anglers.

Jake began his career in automotive industry in 1996. From humble beginnings in the detail department, he was promoted rapidly through sales, finance, and into management. In 2019 he earned the General Sales Manager position at Gresham Subaru where his work ethic and attention to detail brought accolades from Upper Management and led directly to his promotion to General manager in 2021. Jake continues to focus on creating lasting customer relationships while building value for both the Dealership and his Team. Jake also is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time outdoors snowboarding, hiking, and fishing with his wife Ashley, sons River and Rowen and daughters Cali and Eva.

In 1992, Jason started his career in the automotive industry as a Sales Representative at Ron Tonkin Mazda. Within a few years, Jason began moving up the sales ladder holding positions in Finance and General Sales Management at Ron Tonkin Toyota, Ron Tonkin Chevrolet, and Ron Tonkin Acura. In 2010, Tonkin opened Audi Wilsonville and Jason was promoted to the General Manager position. Under his leadership at Audi, Audi Wilsonville was awarded Magna Society five times and Magna Elite twice which only recognizes 12 dealerships nationwide for performance excellence and best in class customer relations. In 2017, Audi was sold to the O’Brien Group and Jason maintained his position through the acquisition. In February of 2019, the Tonkin Family of Dealerships, a Gee Automotive Company, welcomed Jason back as the General Manager of Ron Tonkin Mazda and Ron Tonkin Toyota. Jason attributes his success to his strengths in employee engagement and providing an excellent customer experience. His stores take his lead and follow suit.

Kurt started his career at Ron Tonkin Chevrolet in 1985 as a parts counterman. He worked his way through the ranks and was promoted to Parts Manager in 1996. In 2001, Kurt and several other managers started Tonkin Parts Center (now the largest automotive parts distribution center in the North West). In 2014, he assumed the General Manager position of TPC and has been there ever since. He and his wife Susan have been married for 32 years and have two daughters together, Stephanie and Nicole. As a family their lifelong hobby, which Kurt now likes to refer to as their “addiction”, is Drag Racing. The family, as a whole, travels each year to various western states and Canada to race.

Lance started off in sales at Ron Tonkin Chevrolet in 2009; giving him many years of industry experience. He has gone through the ranks spending time as a Sales Consultant, Internet Manager, Finance Manager, New Car Manager, and General Sales Manager. In late 2019, Lance was promoted to General Manager of Tonkin Gladstone Hyundai. Lance has a passion for training and building strong teams focused on customer satisfaction and individual growth. When away from work, Lance spends his time with his wife, Cari, and their two young children Jackson and Chase. Their weekends are filled with the kids playing sports or rooting on Lance’s hometown teams the Kansas City Chiefs, Kansas City Royals, and the Kansas Jayhawks; with the occasional Oregon State Beavers thrown in the mix.
