A Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak is what happens when Ducati points its adventure platform at a mountain road instead of a dirt road. This 2025 example arrived with just 1,020 miles and is in the single racing livery Ducati offers for the model, with graphics that pull from the MotoGP, Superbike, and Motocross sides of Ducati Corse.
The engine is the same 1,158 cc V4 Granturismo found across the V4 range, 170 hp at 10,750 rpm and 91 lb-ft at 9,000 rpm, but the chassis around it is different in nearly every way that matters. The front wheel is a 17-inch forged Marchesini rather than a 19-inch cast, the rear rides on a single-sided swingarm, and the tires are Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV sport rubber in 120/70 and 190/55 sizes. The wheelbase stretches to 62.8 inches for stability at speed.
Suspension is Ãhlins front and rear, a 48 mm TiN-coated fork and a TTX36 shock, both run by the Ãhlins Smart EC 2.0 event-based system with electronic preload out back. Brembo Stylema calipers bite 330 mm discs, and Cornering ABS is standard. The Pikes Peak is the only Multistrada with a Race riding mode alongside Sport, Touring, Urban, and Enduro, and it ships with a carbon front mudguard, carbon beak, and a type-approved AkrapoviÄ muffler. Adaptive Cruise Control from the radar system is included, along with the 6.5-inch TFT with Ducati Connect navigation.
At 500 lb wet without fuel, it's the lightest of the V4 Granturismo Multistradas. Oil services fall every 9,000 miles and the valve check waits until 37,000.
